Partner with similar agencies to enhance education and training opportunities for both residents and businesses within the zone.

Provide support and assistance to the city, zone businesses and property owners in an effort to attract new or expanded businesses and employment opportunities in the zone..
Retention.
Provide support to the city and zone businesses that will assist businesses enabling them to continue as viable economic base..
Enhancement.
Provide support and assistance to existing neighborhoods within effort to enhance the livability of zone neighborhoods.
